Improving well-being with Yoga!

Following a taster session on the 8th of March, Tina has arranged twice monthly yoga sessions for Fairways clients, on a Friday afternoon.

We are extremely pleased with the take-up on the yoga classes with teacher Chanel Rushe, www.shaantiyoga.co.uk, teaching breathing and gentle chair exercises.
