Mark is our Managing Director and the second generation of the Bailey family to be responsible for the company. Mark holds a degree in Pure Mathematics and post-graduate qualifications in Marketing.

Mark splits his time between each of our homes and is the person ultimately responsible for everything that happens at them.

Julie Nixon

Julie is Nurse Manager at Fairways.

Julie has worked with Fairways Care since 1999 as a senior nurse and gained promotion to Nurse Manager in 2004. In addition to her nursing qualifications she holds both a BSc and a Masters degree.

Julie is the person to contact should you wish to know anything about the care available at Fairways in Trearddur Bay.

Gill Davies

Gill is the Lead Nurse for Glyn Menai and is the line manager for all the Glyn Menai staff. Gill started at Glyn Menai when it first opened and gained promotion to Lead in June 2010. Her infectious enthusiasm and positivity made her a natural choice as did her commitment to dementia care excellence. Gill is currently studying for a Diploma in Dementia Care with the University of Surrey.
