Ceris Newydd

Ceris Newydd was purchased by Fairways Care Ltd in March 1999 and within a year it had won the Investor in People award.

Ceris Newydd sits in 4� acres of woodland on the banks of the Menai Strait. It has beautiful gardens that are lovely to walk through and share with the rabbits, squirrels and birds that live there.

The original manor house was the dream home of a Victorian industrialist and has many of the original features. Since then it has been extended considerably and now the majority of our client accommodation is purpose built. We also have two dining rooms, three lounges, a hairdressing salon and a range of different styles of bedrooms. Ceris Newydd caters for up to 44 elderly clients.

If you visit, make a point of walking along the balcony at the front of the building: the views across and along the Strait are quite breath-taking.
